• Responsible for operational purchasing for all production areas and other material costs
• Ensuring material availability
• Managing and optimizing inventory levels, as well as determining and monitoring safety stock levels
• Independently handling operational order processing and schedule monitoring in the ERP system
• Regularly reviewing annual UVV inspections and maintenance
• Supplier evaluation, tracking of corrective actions, and participation in supplier meetings
• Proactive cross-departmental communication regarding delivery status, risks, and deviations
• Participation in process optimization and automation projects in purchasing
• Interface management and close collaboration with warehousing, development, and production
• Planning and ordering of small parts shipments domestically and internationally

YOU CONVINCE

• Business or technical training with a focus on purchasing
• Professional experience in operational purchasing, inventory management, or materials planning
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably ProAlpha
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented, and analytical approach to work
• Technical understanding
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High decision-making authority to set the right priorities even under time pressure
• Forklift license desirable but not required
