Facility Manager (m/f/d) - mini-job, part-time and full-time

• Maintenance and upkeep of the production hall and office building
• Maintenance/servicing of hand tools and machines
• Minor conversions and repairs in production
• Regularly checking the annual UVV inspections and maintenance
• Carrying out courier services and minor transportation work
• Monitoring the vehicle fleet (refueling, washing, HU/AU)
• Possible collaboration in production if required
• Responsibility for the proper disposal of materials, waste and hazardous waste
• Seasonal work e.g. gritting paths, clearing walkways

YOU CONVINCE

• Manual skills
• Independent and autonomous way of working 
• Technical understanding 
• Electrical knowledge is an advantage
• Driving license class B (BE desirable)
• Forklift license desirable
